Guests visit our marketplace; a display of fresh meats, seafood, pastas, exotic and domestic vegetables as well as a broad choice of internationally influenced sauces. There is a seemingly endless array of culinary possibilities waiting to be fired up on our 25 round grill right in the middle of the dining room. Our grill chefs entertain our guest enticing them to have a fun and exciting time while enjoying great food and imaginative drinks. Not only does our approach allow people to create meals that suit their own tastes, but at FiRE + iCE they can meet their own dietary and nutritional needs as well.
