Since 1997 FiRE + iCE has offered diners a chance to create their own meals in a fun, exciting and interactive environment. Guests visit our marketplace; a display of fresh meats, seafood, pastas, exotic and domestic vegetables as well as a broad choice of internationally influenced sauces. There is a seemingly endless array of culinary possibilities waiting to be fired up on our 25 round grill right in the middle of the dining room. Our grill chefs entertain our guest enticing them to have a fun and exciting time while enjoying great food and imaginative drinks. Not only does our approach allow people to create meals that suit their own tastes, but at FiRE + iCE they can meet their own dietary and nutritional needs as well.

FiRE + iCE creates more than just great meals, we create great memories.

FiRE + iCE Operating systems create a simplified alternative to traditional full service restaurants.

FiRE + iCE delivers a full service chef-less concept. Our kitchens are run by hourly kitchen managers. With our system there are no complicated recipes, difficult cooking procedures or intricate menu items to prepare. Our restaurant operate like fast-casual concepts with the check average of full service, casual theme restaurants.

FiRE + iCE offers franchisees:

  • A unique model that has terrific appeal and leaves guests talking
    Full service program that has a “fast casual” style kitchen system
    Prototypical Plans to get started
    Site Selection Review
    Architectural Review
    Equipment procurement assistance
    National Purchasing Contracts to aid in lowering product costs

What franchisees must have to offer:

  • A commitment to growing our brand.
    Financial resources necessary to open and operate their own units
    Initial Fee of $50,000 and cash liquidity of $350,000-$500,000
    (Ongoing royalties are 4% of gross sales)
    Ability to locate successful sites
    Ability to build a dynamic operating team
    Prior restaurant experience is preferred but is not a prerequisite
